Shipping policy

Most orders are produced and shipped out within 2–5 business days (production happens before shipping).

Delivery Times (after your order ships)
Delivery times below are shipping time only (they start once your order has shipped):

UK: 3–7 business days (Delivered Duties Paid / DDP, where available) 
Europe (outside the UK): 5–20 business days 
Rest of World: typically 5–20 business days

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when tracking is available.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (international)
If your order ships internationally, customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country. Any such charges are typically the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
